An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video so we can arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and designs — is the property of FLYQ and may not be reproduced without permission. Open-source SDKs and firmware remain governed by their respective licenses.
FLYQ is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Drones must be operated responsibly and in compliance with local regulations.
